Pricing and payment

How does the fixed price work?

You know the price before you get in the car. We do not use a taximeter — every ride has an agreed, fixed price.

How can I pay?

We accept cash, card payment, and advance bank transfer. For business clients, we can issue an invoice.

Can you issue an invoice for a company?

Yes, we're happy to issue a proper invoice for business clients — just share your billing details when booking.

Booking

How can I book a ride?

The fastest way is WhatsApp — tell us your route and time. You can also book by phone, daily from 6:00 to 22:00.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking as soon as you know your flight details, but we're happy to accommodate last-minute bookings when a car is available.

What if I need to cancel or change my booking?

Message us as soon as possible via WhatsApp — we're happy to adjust the date, time, or route to suit your plans.

Airport transfer

What if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight in real time, so the driver adjusts to the actual landing time. Waiting due to delays is included in the price.

How do I know if I need Terminal 1 or Terminal 2?

Just share your flight number with us — we'll always determine the correct terminal, and your driver will pick you up at the right spot.

How will the driver find me at the airport?

Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign, so you can easily find each other among the other passengers.

Can I book a return transfer?

Yes, you can book your return trip from the airport together with the outbound ride, or separately at any time via WhatsApp.

Do you operate at night or early morning?

We're available daily from 6:00 to 22:00. For arrivals outside these hours, contact us in advance — we can usually arrange early-morning or late-night transfers.

How many passengers and bags fit in the car?

A standard vehicle takes up to 4 passengers with regular luggage. For larger groups or extra luggage, let us know in advance and we'll arrange a suitable vehicle.

What kind of car will I travel in?

We use comfortable sedans and estate cars in excellent condition, suitable for both airport transfers and longer journeys.

How long will the driver wait at the hotel if I'm running late?

A short delay at hotel pickup isn't a problem — if you know you'll be late, let us know via WhatsApp and we'll work it out together.

Luggage

How much luggage can I bring?

We plan for one standard bag per person. If you are bringing extra luggage or sports equipment, let us know in advance via WhatsApp.

Children and families

Do you have child car seats?

Yes, a child car seat is available on request. Please share the child's age or weight when booking.

Pets

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, small pets in a carrier or on a leash are usually no problem. Let us know in advance so we can prepare the car accordingly.

International transfers

Do I need documents at the German border?

The Czech Republic and Germany are both in the Schengen Area, so there is typically no border check. We still recommend carrying a valid ID card or passport.
