What data we process
To arrange your ride, we need your name, phone number, pickup and destination address, date and time, and number of passengers. You provide this information yourself when communicating via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
How we use your data
We use your data solely to arrange and confirm your ride, and to meet related accounting and legal obligations. We do not use it for marketing without your consent, and we do not share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
A website without tracking
This website does not use cookies or analytics/advertising tracking tools. The price calculator only prepares the text of a message — it is sent via WhatsApp only after you click, not automatically and not to our server.
Communication via WhatsApp
Bookings made via WhatsApp are processed by the WhatsApp application, operated by Meta Platforms, under its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing it directly on WhatsApp's website.
Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary to complete your ride and fulfil related legal obligations, such as accounting records.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data under the GDPR. Please contact us at info@wagnertransfers.cz for any such request.

We may update this document from time to time, for example due to changes in the law or our services. The current version is always available on this page.
