Terms of Service
These terms govern the relationship between Wagner Transfers and the client when booking and carrying out transport.

Service provider
Transport services are provided by Wagner Transfers spol. s r.o., company ID (IČO) 23951257, registered at Varšavská 715/36, 120 00 Prague, Czech Republic.
Nature of the service
Wagner Transfers provides private, contractually agreed passenger transport with a price agreed in advance — not a taximeter-based taxi service. The price applies to the whole vehicle unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Booking and confirmation
A ride can be booked via WhatsApp, phone, or email. A booking is considered binding once both parties have confirmed the price, time, and pickup location.
Price and payment
The price is fixed and applies regardless of traffic conditions or the route taken, unless the client changes the requested trip. Payment can be made in cash, by card, by advance bank transfer, or by invoice for business clients.
Changing or cancelling a booking
You can change or cancel a booking at any time before the ride — the sooner you let us know via WhatsApp or phone, the better we can accommodate you. We're happy to confirm the specifics for your situation individually.
Luggage
The price includes one standard bag per person. Transport of oversized luggage or sports equipment must be arranged in advance.
Liability
The provider is liable for damage arising during transport to the extent set out in applicable Czech law.
Governing law
These terms and the contractual relationship between the client and the provider are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
